Overview

Scree gardens are a great way to incorporate drought tolerant plants to your landscape.

Scree gardens are designed to provide a desirable environment for drought tolerant plants including succulents, cacti, and other plants that wouldn't normally perform well in heavy clay soils. Join us to learn how to prepare this type of garden bed and what type of plants to include in one.


The class will be held Thursday, April 23rd from 5:30p.m to 6:30pm at The North Park Library: 849 Sharpe Rd, Burlington, NC 27217. Taught by NC Extension Master Gardenerâ„  volunteers of Alamance County.


The class is free but registration is required.
