What will we be making?

You’ll learn how to prepare a seasonal, elegant lasagna layered with tender asparagus, creamy béchamel, Parmigiano Reggiano, and a fragrant saffron infusion. A lighter and unique take on classic lasagna, perfect for spring!

Is this a vegetarian recipe?

Yes! This lasagna is vegetarian-friendly and full of flavor – no meat, just seasonal vegetables, golden saffron, and creamy cheese layers.

Do I need to bring anything?

Nope — we’ll provide all the ingredients, tools, and apron. Just bring your love for food (and maybe a friend or two).

Will we make fresh pasta?

We will provide pre-made fresh pasta sheets to focus on assembling and balancing flavors and creating the sauces. Fresh pasta will be tough on a separate class that focus only on pasta making.

Can I take the lasagna home?

Yes! You’ll assemble your own individual lasagna and either enjoy it at the restaurant or take it home to bake.
