<h2>🙌 What to Expect</h2> Volunteering at a major Christian concert tour is fast-paced, fun, and incredibly rewarding. Here’s what you can count on:<ul><li>You’ll help support the event, artists, and child-sponsorship partners.</li><li>Expect to be on your feet, moving around, and interacting with guests.</li><li>A representative of the event’s child-sponsorship partner will provide instructions related to volunteer activities once you arrive.</li><li>You’ll serve, meet great people, and enjoy the show throughout the night.</li><li>No prior experience needed — just a great attitude and willingness to help!</li></ul> 📝 Volunteer Responsibilities This volunteer role centers around helping the tour's child-sponsorship partner. Depending on the needs for that night, you may help with:<ul><li>Sponsorship table support (answering questions, helping guests understand the process)</li><li>Passing out child sponsorship packets during intermission &amp; at the end of the show</li><li>Collecting completed packets and assisting guests through the sign-up steps</li><li>Helping attendees find open sponsorship packets that match their interests</li><li>Guiding guests to the correct table or rep when they’re ready to sponsor</li><li>Cheering on and celebrating new sponsors throughout the night</li><li>Light line flow awareness to help guests find sponsorship areas easily</li><li>Supporting the child-sponsorship partner with any simple admin tasks related to sponsorships</li></ul>You’ll receive a quick, clear walkthrough of your assignment from the event’s child-sponsorship partner after you arrive! 📅 Day-of Checklist To make your experience smooth and stress-free:<ul><li>✔️ Confirm your involvement via text 24-48hrs prior to the event to remain eligible for participation (we will email and text you for confirmation!)</li><li>✔️ Arrive early (allow plenty of time for traffic + parking)</li><li>✔️ Bring a fully charged phone</li><li>✔️ Wear comfortable close-toed shoes</li><li>✔️ Dress appropriately and in layers (arenas can be hot or cold)</li><li>✔️ Check your email / texts on the day of the event for your arrival and entry instructions</li></ul>You don't need to bring printed tickets — your digital confirmation and first + last name will be verified by the Concert Connection administrative team and then relayed to the event’s child-sponsorship partner or venue staff, who control all volunteer entry and access. ❓FAQ Q: How old do I have to be to volunteer?<ul><li>Volunteers must be at least 18 years old to participate independently.</li><li>Individuals ages 15–17 may participate only in a limited, supervised capacity with parental permission and a registered adult present onsite at all times.</li><li>Children under the age of 15 are not permitted to volunteer or assist in any capacity.</li></ul>Concert Connection and the child-sponsorship partner reserve the right to request proof of age and to deny or revoke participation at their discretion. All minor event approval and participation is determined solely by the child-sponsorship partner onsite, not Concert Connection. Q: Can I sign up friends or family to volunteer with me?Each person must register individually using their own name, email, phone number, and zip code so we can communicate directly with each volunteer. Q: Can my volunteer participation be cancelled?Yes. Concert Connection reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deny, cancel, or revoke volunteer participation at any time, with or without prior notice or cause, including but not limited to conduct concerns, venue restrictions, capacity limitations, or failure to comply with volunteer policies. Registration does not guarantee participation or event access. Q: Do volunteers receive free tickets?A volunteer spot does not include a traditional ticketed seat. However, unless the venue is fully sold out, volunteers may have access to a designated seating area to enjoy the show between serving moments. Q: Is parking provided?Concert Connection does not provide or validate event parking and is not responsible for parking availability or fees. Be sure to allow plenty of extra time for parking so you can arrive at check-in on time! Q: How important is it to arrive on time?Extremely important! On-time arrival is required to volunteer. Arrival timing is based on when the venue and child-sponsorship partner are prepared to receive volunteers. If you arrive late, entry cannot be guaranteed and your volunteer role may be impacted due to venue and event-partner requirements. Plan to arrive a few minutes early — parking can be unpredictable and we want your experience to be smooth!
