Harris County Climate Justice Plan

Join Lisa Lin, Harris County’s Director of Sustainability, as she provides an overview of the Harris County Climate Justice Plan, the first plan of its kind in the U.S. approved at the county level. In her talk, Lisa will share how co-leading the plan development with the Coalition for Environment, Equity, and Resilience (CEER) shaped the outcome of the plan and how that approach has informed the implementation phase, which is still rooted in community-determined, community-led solutions.
