✨ Vendor Information – Cleveland ParaCon 2026 ✨ Each vendor must bring one 6ft table of their own. Electricity will be available for an additional $15 charge.
Vendor load in time for friday is 7am to 8:30am
Volunteers will be waiting to help in that time frame only!
. Friday vendor booths are $65, as the convention runs from 10 Am to 5 PM, followed by the VIP ghost hunt.
This is our shorter day.
Saturday our convention runs from 10am to 6pm
Vendor load in time is 7am to 8:30am
Please note – VIP ghost hunt tickets are separate and not included with your booth.
Tickets to the actual paracon are not included in this purchase, this is your space for the vendor market space above the convention 😀
Upon purchasing a vendor slot, we will need the following information for coordination and promotion: • Full name • Email • Contact number • Booth name • Short description of what you sell or provide
