Join Nectar Catering and Events and Echolands winemaker Brian Rudin for a delicious and fun five course culinary experience.


Echolands Winery was created in 2018 by two Kansas City residents, Brad Bergman and Doug Frost MS, MW, who believed in the Walla Walla Valley AVA’s ability to offer a distinctive style of wine. Since then, winemaker/general manager Brian Rudin has taken the helm as we move towards regenerative organic viticulture. Throughout, our goal is to craft responsibly produced wines that reflect the potential for elegance and balance from this singular place.

Doors open at 5pm. Dinner is at 6pm


THE MENU

Chef is excited about this menu. His background is French culinary training and has built a menu to showcase those skills. The wines will be paired by Doug Frost (owner and CEO of Echolands), one of only three people to hold the distinction of Master of Wine and Master Sommelier.

Thomas Keller’s Famous Ratatouille


COURSE TWO:

Classic Steak Tartare Filet


COURSE THREE:

Seared Branzino, Potato and Spanish Chorizo Foam, Sautéed Swiss Chard in a Citrus Butter Sauce


COURSE FOUR:

Herb and Mustard Crusted Lamb chop with Roasted Root Vegetables, Red Pepper Lentils, Demi with Pomegranates


COURSE FIVE:

Caramel corn Panna Cotta
