Traditional Overnight Camp

This is the ultimate 6-day sleepaway camp experience for ages 8 to 12! Campers go home with new skills, friendships, and memories that will last a lifetime. Participants are placed in co-ed groups for activities during the day and sleep in single-gender cabin groups based on age overnight.

Youth will depart on Sunday and return on Friday. Groups and activities are facilitated by professionally trained camp counselors and program instructors. 4-H Camp is always open to everyone; youth do NOT need to be members of 4-H to participate.

Activities include kayaking, canoeing, paddleboarding, rock climbing, ecology, crabbing, archery, swimming, arts and crafts, sports, games, and more. Check out our Day in the Life of an Eastern 4-H Camper for the daily camp schedule and detailed descriptions of day and evening programs. Learn more about our staff, facilities, and food service.
