How does the SUPPORTER, STANDARD & COMMUNITY rates work?

I have set up sliding scale pricing for this event. Standard rates are the true cost for the event. Community rates are for those experiencing financial hardship. Supporter rates are for those that are financially stable and able to help offset the discounted rates. No questions asked.
