We’re excited to invite talented wedding professionals to showcase their services at the NAWP Wedding Expo—a premier opportunity to connect directly with engaged couples and fellow industry experts!

Vendor Setup and Teardown

  • Setup Opens: 9:30 AM
  • Must Be Fully Set Up By: 11:30 AM
  • Teardown: 4:00 PM. Exhibitors are required to maintain booth staffing at all times during event hours. Early teardown may be subject to a fee.
  • Booth Assignment: Booth locations are first come, first served. A detailed floor plan will be provided closer to the event date.

Vendor Pricing

For Active NAWP Members:

  • $100 – Bring your own setup
  • $125 – Includes a 6 ft table + 2 chairs

For Non-Members:

  • $350 – Vendor booth plus 1-year NAWP membership (bring your own setup)
  • $375 – Vendor booth plus 1-year NAWP membership + 6 ft table & 2 chairs
