 経済産業省を例に、どういう問題意識で、何をどう変えたか。どういう変化が生じたのか。包み隠さずお話します。
 時代のニーズに合わせて、業務内容を統廃合して、毎年のように部署ごと作り直します。生成AI、当然使ってます。

※今回は対面(Japan Innovation Campus)のみでの開催となります。Zoomでの配信はございません。■題目：日本政府の働き方（ブラックで昭和的なのか？！） ■サマリ；政府や役所、役人と聞くとどういうイメージをお持ちでしょうか？ 経済産業省を例に、どういう問題意識で、何をどう変えたか。どういう変化が生じたのか。包み隠さずお話します。 時代のニーズに合わせて、業務内容を統廃合して、毎年のように部署ごと作り直します。生成AI、当然使ってます。タクシー配車アプリで経費削減＆職員の行動が丸裸。8000人の職員の職歴や人脈は互いに共有して組織全体で生かしてます。 ■登壇者紹介：田中宗介 氏2007年に経済産業省に入省。自動車産業政策や中小企業政策などを担当。また、復興庁、外務省在マレーシア日本国大使館や首相官邸に出向し、産業政策や環境政策、エネルギー政策などを担当してきた。この夏、NEDOシリコンバレー事務所長に着任。 ■日時：米国太平洋時間：2025年12月19日（金） 午後5時- 午後6時半 ■場所：Japan Innovation Campus, 212-214 Homer Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94301
