Animals

Only trained and credentialed service animals are allowed in Stable Hall. They must be leashed or harnessed and rest in your seating area. Service animals posing a threat to safety will be asked to leave.

Alcohol Serving/Consumption

Accepted Answer

Stable Hall's alcohol policy prioritizes safety. Guests must be 21+ to consume alcohol and may be denied entry if impaired. No outside beverages are allowed, and all alcoholic drinks must be discarded before exiting. IDs are required for those under 35. Violators will be ejected.

Bag Policy

All guests and bags are subject to security screening. You can bring personal items like purses, clutches, or fanny packs. Backpacks, oversized bags, and tote bags are not allowed.

Tickets are required for entry, but they are free! Seating is first-come-first-served. To help our attendants, please have your ticket ready when you get there. Attendants will be ready to scan the QR code located on your ticket (print, email, or app).

Code of Conduct

Stable Hall promotes a safe, respectful environment. Guests must occupy ticketed seats, behave appropriately, and follow staff directions. Disruptive behavior, including foul language, fighting, or unauthorized entry onto stage/court, will lead to ejection without refund. Report concerns to staff.

Donations

We appreciate and accepts cash, check, or online donations at mbaw.org/donate. Physical donations can be placed in the baskets held by attendants as you leave the concert. Please note that donations do not count as a ticket registration, which should be done separately.

Dress Code

All guests are required to wear a shirt, pants/shorts/skirt and shoes for their own safety. Stable Hall management reserves the right to deny entry to guests wearing clothing items displaying offensive text and/or images.

Stable Hall partners with local authorities to create emergency plans for every event, aiming to provide a safe and enjoyable atmosphere. Our security systems and trained staff ensure the safety of everyone. In an emergency, please follow venue staff instructions.

For the safety of all guests, everyone entering Stable Hall is subject to security screening, including metal detectors, visual inspections, and bag checks by staff. The distribution of promotional items, flyers, or printed materials is not permitted without written permission of Stable Hall. The sampling and distribution of products is prohibited.

No flash photography. We love for you to capture and share your experience, but we do ask that you be conscientious of others and the artists during the performance so as not to disrupt the event.

Prohibited Items

Prohibited items include: weapons (knives, pepper spray), oversized bags/backpacks, outside food/drinks (including alcohol, cans, bottles), drugs, laser pens, utility tools, laptops/tablets, musical instruments, video cameras, monopods, tripods, audio recorders (unless permitted), selfie sticks.

Ride Share Drop Off Zones/Designated Pick-up Areas

For guests arriving or leaving Stable Hall by vehicle, ride share is strongly encouraged. The designated ride share pick-up & drop-off location closest to Stable Hall is located at 300 E. Grayson St, San Antonio, Texas 78215 at the south east corner of Grayson and Avenue A near the Trek store.

Smoking

Accepted Answer

Smoking, including e-cigarettes and similar devices, is prohibited inside Stable Hall by law. Please use designated outdoor smoking areas. Lighting matches or lighters indoors is not allowed and may result in ejection.

Ticket Refund Policy

If you cannot attend, we ask that you cancel out your free ticket order. This helps our ticket management process and eases the check-in process for attendants and guests the day of.

Tickets are Sold Out, what do I do?

If the event shows "SOLD OUT" or "Sales Ended," we have reached our maximum ticket capacity. As the series is new to Stable Hall, we are prioritizing safety by strictly limiting number of attendees. See note in the description above about potential waiting list and/or capacity changes.
