Free Child Abuse Prevention Training for Adults (IN PERSON AT HOPE HOUSE)

By CAC - Hope House

Overview

Stewards of Children is a 2.5-hr program that trains adults on specific, concrete actions they can take to protect children from abuse.

This FREE class will be taught in person at Hope House, 223 W 28th Avenue in Covington, from 6-8:30PM. Any adult is welcome, regardless of whether they work with children, have kids of their own, etc. Registration is required, as free dinner and refreshments will also be provided. IMPORTANT: A 24-hour advance notice of your registration cancellation is required, as food will be ordered in advance for all attendees.

***NOTE: If you see that this training has sold out online, please email Heather@cachopehouse.org to be placed on the wait list. We may still be able to accommodate you.***

For every one adult that takes this free training, it is estimated that 10 children are safer and less likely to become victims of sexual abuse. Each class is taught by Hope House's trained facilitators.
