This book reflects her journey of transformation during a period of profound life challenges, reigniting her passion for healing and empowering others.Certified in yoga instruction, Reiki, sound healing and Astrology, Pamela integrates these disciplines to foster deep personal connections and transformation. Her certifications include a 200-hour YTT, Reiki Levels 1 and 2, and Sound Healing Practitioner training, which inform her dynamic approach to wellness and self-discovery.
