Why does my ticket say Friday if I purchased for a different event or day?

Eventbrite displays Friday as the official start date of the festival weekend on all tickets by default. However, your ticket remains valid only for the specific event or day you selected at checkout, regardless of the Friday date shown. Please refer to your ticket type for correct entry access.

Can I use my VIP Saturday/Sunday ticket for either day?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately, no. VIP Saturday/Sunday tickets purchased must be used for that specific day. We use this data to prepare ourselves and vendors for the anticipated attendance.

Why does my ticket show the Fairgrounds address for all events?

Accepted Answer

Eventbrite lists the Fairgrounds (9850 Highway 78, Ladson, SC) as the default festival location on all tickets. However, your ticket is valid only for the specific event you selected. Please refer to event details for the correct venue and arrival info.

Are children granted free entry?

Accepted Answer

Children under 10 years of age are free. You do not have to purchase a ticket for them.

Question 5

Can I purchase a ticket at the gate?

Accepted Answer

Signs with QR codes will be available at the gate. You may scan it and purchase tickets online. Physical tickets will not be sold elsewhere or at the gate. Tickets are only sold online.

Question 6

What's prohibited at the festival?

Accepted Answer

Pets, alcohol, outside food, weapons (i.e. knives, guns), and coolers are prohibited inside the festival. Heavy security will be onsite.

Question 7

Can I use my Saturday/Sunday ticket for either day?

Accepted Answer

Due to high demand—particularly for Saturday—single-day tickets are only valid for the specific day purchased and are not interchangeable.

If you purchased a Saturday ticket, it can only be used on Saturday. Likewise, Sunday tickets are only valid for Sunday.

Is food included with my ticket purchase?

Please note that tickets, including VIP tickets, DO NOT INCLUDE FOOD from food trucks. Food is sold separately. Tickets to the Black Food Truck Festival are sold ONLINE ONLY, including during the event. VIP tickets include bites inside of the VIP area ONLY.
