Yoga at Cultivated Healing

Strengthen connection with a special afternoon of all-levels yoga, meditation, and sound healing. This rejuvenating and playful experience requires no previous yoga or meditation experience and doesn’t ask for flexibility. Release stress, reconnect mentally, emotionally, and physically, and immerse in the soothing resonance of sound.

The workshop begins with a partner-based Kundalini Yoga practice, designed to be fun and accessible for everyone. Then, enjoy a unique 12-minute back-to-back meditation, offering a moment of shared stillness. Finally, lie back for an extended sound bath, as Pavanjeet and Chand Raj surround you with the harmonizing vibrations of multiple gongs, inviting deep relaxation and renewal.

$150 per Couple/ $125 Before Saturday February 7, 2025 12:00AM- Wear comfortable clothing for movement and seated meditation.- Bring a yoga mat, pillow, or cushion to make your relaxation extra cozy.- Yoga mats and bolster available at the studio All couples are welcome. No experience necessary.Two couples registration discounted to $80 for those unable to pay the full amount

Refund Policy:All ticket sales are final. There are no transfers to future events.If you are no longer able to attend, you may transfer or sell your ticket to someone else.
