This is a 3-day, in-person training class at our Kansas City offices that will train attendees on our ICX-AlphaCom platform.

Zenitel USA

This in-person training course covers everything from setting up your intercom system to programming procedures. Individuals need to be a member of Zenitel's Channel Partner Program in order to participate. Participants are also encouraged to take Zenitel's on-demand SIP and IC-Edge technical trainings before they travel to Kansas City for this class.A personal laptop is needed in order to be certified in this class.Lunch will be provided each day. Dinner, hotel, and transportation are the responsibility of the participant.On-demand trainingsZenitel offers on-demand, recorded versions of our live virtual classroom trainings, to include SIP, IC-EDGE, and ICX-AlphaCom. These recording also have some quiz questions for interactivity.
