Q2 Connecting Georgia Veterans Meeting

This meeting brings partners together to share updates, identify service gaps, and strengthen support for Veterans in Cobb County and across

Honor In Action. With over 40,000 veterans living in Cobb County alone, it is critical that our community come together to uplift veteran support services and programs so no veteran or their family is left behind. 

Connecting Georgia Veterans (CGV) Strategy Team convenes quarterly in-person meetings for a wide range of stakeholders who serve veterans in Cobb County, from the boots on the ground efforts to the policy level decision makers. Together, this group aims to raise awareness of the challenges veterans face, share veteran resources and services that exist in our community and statewide, identify gaps to determine needs or programs, and coordinate best practices to remove barriers and create more opportunities for the veterans in our communities.

Who is this event for: Meetings are open to any organizations and individuals who serve veterans in Cobb County and across the state of Georgia. We encourage any interested individual, group, or member to check out a meeting and see if it’s the right place for you. Want more information?
