What's the refund policy?

Refunds will be processed 24 hours before the first training session date. Attendance and participation in my test preparation is not a guarantee of passing the exam. Refunds will not be issued based on your exam performance.

What if I have to miss a session?

I record all tutoring sessions for later reviewing, and upload them to an online Google Drive folder by end of day. That same Google Drive folder houses all the test prep materials that you need to prepare for the exam.
