Anywhere: Dental Kits thru 1.25.26
Overview
Who this Anywhere Project is for:
Ages 6-12. Not sure if this project is the right fit for your kids? Email us with questions at programs@seedsofcaring.org.
What you'll be doing:
Basic rights are the things every person needs to be safe, happy, and cared for. Children will explore basic rights with a hands-on activity and age-appropriate discussion. Then, helping hands will show support to the Dublin Food Pantry by packing dental kits.
When you'll be doing it:
This Anywhere Project can be done at home, school, or wherever you are!
This project is on-going. Families and groups may participate anytime until the project ends on January 25th. Donations may be contact-free, porch-dropped from 9am - 7pm Jan 23th-25th at a Seeds of Caring Ambassador's home in Dublin, Upper Arlington, Hilliard or Powell. Addresses are provided in the service packet.
How it all works:
Once you have completed registration, you will receive a confirmation email from Eventbrite with a link to your service packet. This packet includes project instructions, guided discussions and more. If for some reason you cannot access this file, please email programs@seedsofcaring.org for assistance.
Is this your first Seeds of Caring Anywhere Project? Check out this video to learn how it all works.
The meaning-making:
Engaging children’s hearts and minds before getting their hands active with service is a vital step in raising caring, compassionate humans. In every Seeds of Caring service packet, you'll find quick, easy-to-use guides to support you in leading meaning-making conversations! This project's guided discussion focuses on human rights.
Approximate Cost:
Approximately $5 per kit including full-size toothpaste, toothbrush, & floss. Cheer cards can be created with craft supplies on hand or from the printable template provided in the service packet.
Why you'll be invited to donate:
Every time we're able to design, coordinate, and offer an opportunity for kids to give back, it's with the help of supporters like you. Please consider making a generous gift to help us continue to empower kids to create a kinder community with their hearts, hands, and minds.
This service opportunity is made possible through the generous support of The Center for HumanKindness and The Walter Foundation.
