Armstrong Hot Water Representative School
Armstrong will host a Hot Water Representative Training School at our North American Learning Center in Three Rivers May 12-15, 2026
During this school we'll dive deep into the workings of Armstrong's line-up of hot water products. This school is ideal for those who have been on the job for at least a year.
Please make travel plans so you're in Three Rivers and ready to learn at 8am on Tuesday, May 12. The program will conclude at noon on Friday, May 15.
Curriculum
1. Master the Armstrong Hot Water Product Portfolio
Gain in-depth knowledge of Armstrong’s industry-leading solutions for industrial and institutional markets, including:
- The Brain® Digital Recirculation Valve
- Digital-Flo® and Flo-Rite-Temp® Water Heaters
- Constantemp® Steam/Water Heaters
- ReadiTemp® Steam/Water Heater
- Armstrong Nanobubble Generator
- ABH-XL Gas-Fired Water Heaters
- Flo-Direct®
- Emech® Digital Control Valves
- Hose Stations
- High-Temperature Heat Pumps
We’ll explore core operating principles, ideal applications, and how to confidently communicate the value each system solution delivers.
2. Put System Knowledge Into Practice
Understand the complete hot water system - end to end
- Learn how Armstrong’s products are integral to a well-rounded system, and how to position them to solve your customer’s most pressing issues.
Hands-on troubleshooting and real-world installations
- We'll visit a customer site to observe real-world installation and best application practices in action.
