Overview
De-Stressing Through Touch, Eros & Movement with Colby Smith
Join us for a two a half day / three night men’s workshop designed to help you release stress, reconnect with yourself, and renew your outlook. This immersive weekend invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and rediscover a sense of ease. Guided by Colby Smith, you’ll explore sensual and erotic touch, mindful connection, restorative yoga, and meditation practices that support grounding, presence, and pleasure.
The intention for the weekend is to bring body, mind, and spirit back into harmony. Through practices that awaken erotic energy, reconnect breath to movement and emotion, and foster deeper self-awareness, you’ll discover a more holistic, embodied way of relating to yourself and the world. Between sessions, you can enjoy Frog Meadow’s amenities—from our wood-fired hot tub and swimming pond to hiking trails, the gym, or simply relaxing by the fire.
This retreat is open to men of all ages, backgrounds, body types, and levels of experience. Whether you’re young or old, gay or straight, buff or soft around the edges—you’re welcome here. Our workshops encourage curiosity, connection, and shared exploration in a respectful, supportive, and attitude-free atmosphere. All you need is an open heart and a willingness to learn and connect.

About Colby Smith
Colby Smith is a skilled and intuitive teacher with over a decade of experience guiding men toward deeper embodiment, strength, and connection. He began his formal training with Michelle Synnestvedt, completing his Anusara immersion in 2011 and earning his 200-hour certification the following year. Colby went on to complete his 500-hour advanced training at Dig Yoga and is a Certified Yoga Teacher with a rich background in alignment-based practices.
In addition to his yoga expertise, Colby has trained in transformational breathwork with Christian de la Huerta of Soulful Power, bringing a grounded, heart-centered approach to breath and energy work. His passion for fitness extends beyond the mat—he is certified in IM=X Pilates and often incorporates dynamic core strengthening into his classes. Colby is also trained in Yamuna Table Treatment, which he weaves into his one-on-one sessions to support structural alignment and deep body release.
Colby has taught at DIG Yoga, Cornerstone Health & Fitness, Prasad, and CrossFit Summa, but now focuses primarily on private clients and men’s yoga classes at his studio in Lambertville. An avid triathlete and two-time Ironman finisher, Colby brings discipline, curiosity, and whole-body awareness to everything he teaches. His work is rooted in helping men reconnect with themselves—physically, emotionally, and energetically—in an inclusive, supportive, and empowering environment.
