<h3>Nourishing Male Vitality Through Tantra and Touch with Adam Brown</h3>This immersive two and a half day / three night workshop invites men into a deeper relationship with their bodies, their breath, and one another through the power of conscious touch. Guided by Adam, you’ll learn practical touch, massage, and energetic skills — and then practice them in rotating sessions so everyone has the chance to give, receive, and explore with multiple partners.Across the weekend, you’ll develop greater sensitivity in your hands, strengthen your ability to communicate needs and boundaries, and experience what safe, steady connection feels like in your body. The workshop blends Taoist principles, Tantric wisdom, and hands-on practice to help you let go of tension, quiet self-criticism, and access a more embodied version of yourself.Whether you’re new to touch work or seeking to expand your existing skill set, this weekend offers a supportive space to explore, experiment, and cultivate confidence — all while building a personal “Touch Toolbox” to take home with you. Expect learning, laughter, intimacy, reflection, and a deeper sense of the masculine energy that lives within you.

<h3>Event Details</h3>Participants will arrive at Frog Meadow on Friday, May 8, 2026 at 4:00 PM, with time to settle in, meet the group, and ease into the weekend. The retreat concludes on Monday, May 11, 2026 at 1:00 PM, following a closing session.Your ticket includes all workshops guided by Adam Brown, three nights of lodging, and three meals per day, thoughtfully prepared. Throughout the weekend, you’ll also have full access to Frog Meadow’s amenities, including the wood-fired hot tub, CrossFit-style gym, 25 acres of hiking trails, and the spring-fed swimming pond when weather allows.To support connection and keep the program accessible, most participants will share a bed with another attendee, unless they choose to upgrade to a private room (available in limited numbers). For an intimate and focused experience, the retreat is capped at 14 participants.

<h3>About Adam Brown</h3>Adam is a New York–based acupuncturist and bodyworker who has been working primarily with men for over 25 years. His practice spans energy work, deep-tissue massage, and Taoist movement arts, offering a holistic approach to male embodiment and wellness.He teaches a unique style of QiGong centered on grounding, stretching, and cultivating internal vitality — a practice accessible to all ages and experience levels. Adam’s work is rooted in helping men live more expressive, connected, and fully inhabited lives. With a gentle presence and decades of experience, he guides participants into deeper awareness, clearer communication, and more nourishing connections with themselves and others.

<h3>About Frog Meadow</h3>Nestled in the foothills of southern Vermont, Frog Meadow is a clothing-optional bed &amp; breakfast designed for men to relax, explore, and reconnect with pleasure and nature. The land holds a spring-fed swimming pond, expansive gardens, forest trails, and a wood-fired hot tub that glows under the night sky.
