In this gathering, we explore how mindfulness can be woven into everyday life—not only through the familiar practice of mindful tea drinking, but also through mindful music appreciation.In collaboration with a guqin musician, this Mindfulness Tea Ceremony offers a multi-dimensional introduction to integrating mindfulness into daily living. The guqin, historically regarded not just as an instrument for entertainment but as a tool for cultivating clarity and virtue, invites us into a deeper inner stillness.Through guided mindfulness practice, contemplative listening, and a gentle tea ritual, participants are encouraged to awaken their senses, nurture awareness, and experience the wisdom of presence.
