Join Grace and move into 2026 with s series of 'get up and go' morning movement and fitness classes!

January ‘Get Up & Go’ Morning Classes

Start the new year by moving with Grace in a series of uplifting morning sessions designed to ease you back into rhythm after the winter break. These classes offer a gentle wake-up for your body: soft mobilisation, a couple of songs of light aerobic conditioning, strength work for arms, abs and legs, and a restorative stretch to finish.

Set to an eclectic playlist, expect an easy-going atmosphere, shared laughs, and the steady boost that comes from waking up through movement. The aim is simple: spark your endorphins, shake off the winter sluggishness, and step into your day feeling brighter, grounded, and energised.

As always, listen to your body and move at a pace that feels right for you. Take adaptations when you need them and honour how you’re feeling each day.

Who’s it for?
Everyone is welcome—no experience needed.
Pyjamas and morning coffees are still very much encouraged.
