Digestive bitters (those fancy bottles behind the bar, yes) are one solution to chronic digestive woes like gas, bloating, sluggish digestion, and constipation. In this class, folks will learn about the importance of bitters: why we might use them, how they work in the body, and commonly used herbs. Then, we'll spend time making our own custom bitter blends using aromatic herbs and flowers, fruits, kitchen spices, and spirits.Get a leg up on Dry January and make your self a handy lil bottle of delicious (and useful) herbal magic.
