About Laura Li Fong Yee:Laura offers sound healing from a place of gratitude, drawing from her practices in breath, sound, yoga, prayer and meditation. She values community, communication, connection, and inclusivity, and strives to create an experience that will leave participants feeling connected, grounded and whole. What to expect:This offering consists of a short, guided meditation followed by an extended Crystal Bowl Sound Bath. This sound healing experience will bring you on a journey that supports your physical and emotional well-being encouraging deep rest and rejuvenation.Some of the sound healing benefits you may experience:•release of tension and stress• deep sense of connection• emotional release•reduced anxiety• improved sleep• mental clarity and… much moreLogistics: *Please arrive early to get settled so that we may start on time. Doors will be locked at start of event. Dress in layers for warmth. There are plenty of mats, and some blankets (these tend to run out during colder months) and bolsters to use at the studio while supplies last. Comfort is key so bring whatever you need for maximum comfort.
