Crystal Rose is latina punk who has been practicing yoga and meditation for 15 years. Like most, she came to yoga for the physical benefits, but continued for the emotional and mental benefits. Yoga allowed her to breath deeper, reduce anxiety and increase her focus, both on the mat and in life. She has a passion for Ayurvedic Self Care and all things Lunar.She's all about making yoga acessible to POC and Alternative Folks who may be scared away from trying it because they don’t fit the stereotypical mold for a yoga practitioner. Her classes are intentional and powerful, but open to all-levels. Outdoor Flow Under the Mango TreeJoin me for an outdoor yoga class designed to feel welcoming, grounding, and just the right amount of spicy. We’ll blend alignment, refinement, and creative flow, moving intentionally toward an optional peak posture that you can explore at your own pace.This class is held in a shaded, covered outdoor space beneath a mango tree, offering the perfect mix of fresh air and cool shade. Expect thoughtful sequencing, playful transitions, and a supportive atmosphere that lets you challenge yourself without pressure.Classes are intentionally small, with a cap of 10 students, to keep the experience personal and closely guided.Whether you’re building confidence, craving a mindful sweat, or wanting something a little adventurous without being overwhelming, this class is designed for you. Address will be sent to you 2 hours before class. But it's on Calle Campo Allegre in San Antonio, Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. On Street Parking. NOTE: the class had a 3 person minimum. If there's not 3 sign ups, we'll notify you 12 horus prior to class to cancel and a link/option to book a private a 25% discount (Regular price is $100 for up to 10 people: Book at anytime by emailing info@healthgothyoga.com )
