Outdoor Flow Under the Mango Tree

Join me for an outdoor yoga class designed to feel welcoming, grounding, and just the right amount of spicy. We’ll blend alignment, refinement, and creative flow, moving intentionally toward an optional peak posture that you can explore at your own pace.

This class is held in a shaded, covered outdoor space beneath a mango tree, offering the perfect mix of fresh air and cool shade. Expect thoughtful sequencing, playful transitions, and a supportive atmosphere that lets you challenge yourself without pressure.

Classes are intentionally small, with a cap of 10 students, to keep the experience personal and closely guided.

Whether you’re building confidence, craving a mindful sweat, or wanting something a little adventurous without being overwhelming, this class is designed for you.
