<h3>Agave Cocktail Class: Tequila &amp; Mezcal</h3> Join us upstairs for an interactive evening exploring the vibrant world of agave spirits. In this small-group cocktail class, we’ll focus on tequila and mezcal—learning how their unique flavors shine in thoughtfully crafted drinks. Whether you're new to agave or already a fan, this class is designed to be approachable &amp; hands-on.Over the course of approximately 90–120 minutes, you’ll learn to build three cocktails, each highlighting a different agave spirit:✨ A bright cocktail featuring Tequila Ocho Blanco – crisp, expressive, and perfect for fresh citrus-driven drinks ✨ A balanced cocktail built around Primero Tequila Reposado – showcasing the warmth and subtle oak of rested tequila ✨ A smoky, savory cocktail with Vago Elote – a mezcal distilled with roasted corn that adds incredible depth and characterThroughout the class we’ll talk about agave spirits, cocktail balance, technique, bar tools, and flavor pairing. You’ll shake, stir, taste, and sip your way through each drink while learning practical tips you can easily use at home.What’s included:• All spirits, ingredients, tools, and glassware for the evening • Three cocktails you make yourself or with the group • Light snacks • Take-home recipe cards • GratuityCome raise a glass with us, learn a few new tricks behind the bar, and discover just how versatile agave spirits can be.Event is on the second floor and is not handicap accessible.
