These beer pairing dinners are truly a highlight for our team. Each dinner is a one-of-a-kind expression of our culinary creativity and our farmhouse-rooted brewing philosophy. We source the highest-quality ingredients we can find, design each course with intention, and craft pairings that showcase the complexity and nuance of our beers. We take deep pride not just in the food on the plate, but in curating a full dining experience that feels warm, welcoming, and unforgettable.*Note: This ticket is for the EARLY 5:30 p.m. seating. There is a separate event listing for the 8:00 p.m. seating. Tickets are available either as a whole table (4 guests included with the option to add up to 2 more at some tables) or by the single seat at a communal table , so bring your special person, or family!*Each course includes a 4-8 oz. serving of the selected beer, highlighting the range of beers we hand-craft, from foraged saisons, to lagers, hazy IPA's, barrel-aged sour ales, and barrel-aged imperial stouts.And now, for the menu! FIRST COURSEmassaged kale, smoked apple and onion, gorgonzola, roasted kohlrabi, harissa walnut-Paired with Abseil Pils SECOND COURSEpan seared turbot, creamy polenta, fresno vinaigrette, tat soi, chili crisp-Paired with Woodthrush Amber Farmhouse Ale THIRD COURSEspaghetti squash, pecan pesto, herb roasted cauliflower, chive-Paired with Dear Science Hazy IPA FOURTH COURSEBraised short rib, brown butter spaetzle, pickled leeks, caper gremolata-Paired Lil' Harvey's Milk Stout FIFTH COURSEMaple parsnip cake, spiced buttercream, candied orange peel, golden raisin, chervil- Paired with Maker of Things Sour Red Ale * We do expect to "sell out" of these reservations, so please don't wait to purchase a ticket!**We are happy to adjust the menu for vegetarians and can accommodate most food allergies. To ensure that we procure substitutions in the correct quantities, please email us at zach@littlefishbrewing.com no later than December 5th if you need menu accommodations. If we don't hear from you, we'll have you set for the standard menu.
