Are the items in the cottage for sale?

Accepted Answer

YES!  Almost all the fantastic finds in the cottage are available for purchase.  Though we do use personal and family pieces in the decor.

Question 2

Can I take my purchase with me right away?

Accepted Answer

To ensure that everyone who visits the Cottage this weekend gets the full experience, all purchased furniture, lighting, and wall art  will remain in place through the weekend.    Anything else you're welcome to take with you right away.

Question 3

Do I need an appointment?

Accepted Answer

Yes.  Our charming cottage can only handle a certain capacity.  Having a ticket allows us to keep it comfortable for your experience.  We do allow walk ins as space allows.  Walk-ins do not receive the gift certificate that ticket holders do, and they must wait until space is available to get in.

Question 4

Are the barn and outbuildings open while the Concept Cottage is going on?

Accepted Answer

Yes.  It's our December weekend, featuring our historic barn, Holiday Makers Market, food truck, coffee bar, and cocktails are a  open.   No ticket required for any of these additional features.  The appointment tickets are needed only for admission to the Concept Cottage itself.

Do I need tickets for my children?

Accepted Answer

No tickets are required for anyone 12 or under.

Question 6

Will there be a time when I can shop the cottage and take things with me directly?

Accepted Answer

Yes, after this weekend, items that are not purchased by ticket holders will become available to purchase Saturday, Dec 13, 10am-4pm.  The Cottage will no longer be fully decorated, as items will have been picked up, but this is an opportunity to see it and shop items that may still be available.

Are there any workshops or demos going on while I'm there?

Yes!  At 11am, 1pm, and 3pm, Danielle, principle designer at Ghost Host will be doing live demos on how to create the perfect table setting for entertaining.   No tickets or reservations required for the workshop/demo.
