A monthly space for nervous system repair, grounded in the body—not performance, not pressure, not pushing.This month’s experience centers on a Somatic Reintegration Breathwork Journey—a guided process designed to help your system safely unwind, reorganize, and integrate.This is not about forcing release. It’s about teaching your body how to feel safe enough to let go—on its own terms.What This Experience Is Regenerative Saturday is a body-led restoration space focused on:<ul><li>Nervous system regulation</li><li>Gentle unwinding of stored stress patterns</li><li>Rebuilding internal safety, coherence, and vitality</li></ul>Every element is intentionally paced to work with your physiology, not against it.What We’ll Do TogetherThis session follows a structured, trauma-informed arc:1. Somatic Movement Slow, guided movement to release tension, restore fluidity, and reconnect you to your body2. Somatic Reintegration Breathwork A regulated, supportive breath pattern designed to:<ul><li>Increase capacity (not overwhelm)</li><li>Allow safe emotional and physical release</li><li>Support integration—not just activation</li></ul>3. Somatic Sound &amp; Vibration Grounding frequencies to help your system settle, process, and come back into coherence4. Integration Windows Intentional pauses throughout so your nervous system can actually register and stabilize changeEverything is invitational. You stay in control of your pace, your body, and your experience the entire time.What Makes This DifferentThis is repair work, not intensity. We focus on:<ul><li>Bottom-up healing (body → nervous system → mind)</li><li>Slow, sustainable release instead of emotional flooding</li><li>Building capacity—not just discharge</li><li>Creating changes that last beyond the session</li></ul>This approach is especially supportive if you’ve felt overwhelmed, shut down, or dysregulated by more intense healing spaces. What to BringTo help your body feel safe, supported, and able to fully drop in, please bring:Yoga mat Blanket(s) Pillow or head support Water bottle Journal + pen Any additional items that help you feel grounded and comfortable (layers, eye mask, small comfort objects, etc.)Think: nesting your nervous system.What You May ExperiencePeople often leave feeling:<ul><li>More grounded and present in their body</li><li>Calm without being numb or sedated</li><li>Emotionally clearer and more regulated</li><li>Better able to respond instead of react</li></ul>Why This MattersMost of us are living in systems that keep our nervous system in a constant state of activation or depletion.This space is where that pattern gets interrupted—gently, safely, and effectively.This is: Nervous system hygiene Restoration without force A return to internal steadiness Come As You Are No expectation. No performance. No need to be “ready.” Leave more resourced than when you arrived. Community classes require at least 2 registrations by 24 hours prior to event time. If minimum attendance isn’t met, attendees may transfer or receive refund
