Voni is a licensed massage therapist with over 13 years in the health and wellness industry.She is a Certified Holistic Health Coach and a member of the Drugless Practitioners Association.Her private practice is nestled between Washington D.C and Baltimore, in Columbia, MD.  Voni is an Army Veteran and former IT Specialist turned some-what Health fanatic. FAQDo I need Pilates experience?Not at all! This class is beginner-friendly and open to all levels. Are mats provided?A limited number of mats are available. Bringing your own is recommended. Is there an age requirement?Participants should be 16+ unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. What should I wear?Comfortable activewear you can move in. Grip socks are recommended. Can I shop before the store opens?Yes! Attendees receive private shopping access + 25% OFF after class. Can I participate if I have mobility limitations?For this specific class, you must be able to safely get on and off the mat.However, Voni offers supportive programs for all mobility levels—just reach out. Is the class refundable?This is a complimentary experience, but your registration holds a spot for you.
