The practice starts when you choose something you want to call into your life. We then move in 25 minutes of facilitated breathwork (w/ Guy Douglas). This breathwork is powerful— it can bring up and stir emotions that, hidden under the rug, can be preventing you from reaching your goals. We then move in an sweet &amp; gentle sound bath with a 38" Paiste gong, diatonic crystal singing bowls, quartz bowls, Tibetan bowls, Native American flute, chimes and more. Cash preferred ~ $35 ---- Practice &amp; sound bath facilitated by Guy Douglas. Guy Douglas is a Sound Healing Practitioner/gongmaster and Breathwork Fascilitator. He has studied sound healing techniques &amp; the eastern philosophy of music, which helps clear dormant pathways to open the heart.---- Transformational Breathwork This is an active breath that requires some effort. You'll be supported by verbal guidance, medicinal drums, shakers and more. Transformative beathwork is a powerful tool for removing obstacles in your experience of love, joy and self-actualization. Sound Meditation Our Sound Meditation &amp; healing journey will be guided by a planetary tuned gong tuned to the frequency of the the Sun, medicinal and shamanic drums, and a set of chakra based crystal bowls tuned to the seven chakras. Using these instruments, we provide a foundation of sound through which participants can experience greater awareness and personal transformation. This is an experiential class, where skilled individuals create a safe container for whatever is necessary to help them process the experiences of their lives.
