Hosted by the African American Student Union at Harvard Business School, the H. Naylor Fitzhugh Conference is a premier annual gathering dedicated to insightful discourse, meaningful networking, and connection with industry leaders.

Our 2025 conference theme is “Forward by Design: Defining Our Future.” Don’t miss this opportunity to connect, reflect, and celebrate leaders from underrepresented backgrounds creating a positive impact in business and society across multiple panels and keynotes including Damola Adamolekun, CEO of Red Lobster.
