AERIAL YOGA at Earth 'N' Us

With yoga hammock we flow through various poses, vinyasas, and inversions. Class begins with an active routine designed to build both strength and flexibility - suitable for all levels. Then we spend time suspended in the hammock, as we experience weightlessness, inverted stretches and various movements in the hammock 🙃

Please arrive 15 minutes early!

Please bring a hand towel for sweat.

PARKING: There is street & grass parking all around the block in front of fences and gates.

FIND THE CLASS: Enter where the fence says Earth-N-Us Farm to the right side of house 7630. Keep right past the animals to find the class under the Tiki Hut.
