What time is the runway event?

Our ambassadors will be walking the runway starting at 3:30 pm to kick off the event after introductions. Find the rest of the timeline for the event in the Agenda section below.

Question 2

Are we offering anything else during the shopping portion of the event?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! We will have a highly-recommended selection of prom vendors for you to chat with and consider using for your ideal prom experience!

Question 3

Can I purchase other items in the shop during the event?

Accepted Answer

Since we are closed for this private and special prom event, we are only allowing sales on prom related items. All things bridal and mom dresses will need to be bought during our normal store hours.

Question 4

What forms of payment does your shop accept?

Accepted Answer

Downtown Bridal accepts all credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and cash. We do not accept checks at this time.

Question 5

If I find my prom dress, can I schedule to make any specifications to it?

Accepted Answer

We will be booking in-shop alterations appointments with no deposit needed (event night Only). We will not be doing any special orders and all dresses purchased must be off the rack.

Question 6

Will there be any food or drinks available?

Accepted Answer

We will have light refreshments available for those in attendance.
