Yes, this is a 21+ event. A valid, physical, government-issued photo ID is required for entry (e.g. driver's license, passport, or military ID). Guests under 21 will be denied entry, and no refunds will be issued. Digital IDs are not accepted.

Do I have to wear a costume?

"Required”? No. But it is a Halloween party… showing up without a costume is like coming to a birthday party without cake—it just feels a little off. Throw something fun on and join the spirit!

Are there any restrictions on costumes?

No toy weapons or detachable costume items are allowed. Security has final approval on all costumes, and anything considered unsafe will not be permitted.

What do VIP table guests need?

All guests must arrive together. The purchaser must present a valid physical ID and credit card used for purchase.

Can I upgrade to a VIP table?

Yes. Book your new VIP table online, then email us at info@HauntedHalloweenBall.com your old and new order confirmations. Your original order will be refunded after verification.

If I have a GA tickets, can I join my friends that purchased a VIP Table?

Only guests assigned to a VIP table may access VIP table areas. GA ticket holders are not permitted to join them.

What time should I arrive?

Ticket buyers must arrive before 10pm for guaranteed entry. Haunted Halloween Ball offers Express Entry to ticket holders before 10pm. After 10pm, the venue will stop holding the door for ticket buyers and allow in General Admission walk-ups. Early arrival is strongly suggested.

Registration closes at 12 AM. All guests must check in before that time.

Large bags are not allowed. Small purses are permitted. Detachable costume items and toy weapons are prohibited.

Smoking or vaping inside is strictly prohibited. Violators will be removed without a refund. Smoking is allowed outside of the hotel only. Keep in mind that every time you go out, you will need to get bag checked and go through security process again.

General Admission tickets are standing room only. VIP Table Packages include reserved seating within the ballroom for the entire night.

No. Parking is not included and is managed by a nearby independent lot. Hotel does not have valet and there is no self parking garage. We highly recommend using public transportation or ride-sharing services (Uber/Lyft).
