Join us on Saturday, March 7, 2026, at The Grove Ballroom in Lakewood Ranch as we fundraise and celebrate the incredible impact our community has on thousands of local families in Sarasota and Manatee county.

For more than 35 years, Mothers Helping Mothers (MHM) has provided free clothing, baby essentials, household items, car seats, education, and vital resources to families in need—made possible through the dedication of volunteers and generous community support.

The Power of Purple Gala is not only a celebration of these achievements but also an opportunity to unite supporters, sponsors, volunteers, and community partners in recognition of the powerful work MHM continues to do.

Our theme, “The Power of Purple,” reflects the profound impact of small, everyday acts of kindness and their ability to build healthier, more resilient communities. Here is what to expect at the event:
