1. Who can attend this event?

This event is open to fitness professionals, students, and enthusiasts who want to expand their knowledge and skills. Whether you teach, train, or simply love fitness, there’s something for you.

2. Is there a minimum age to attend?

Yes. Attendees must be at least 18 years old to earn continuing education credits (CECs). Ages 16–17 may attend with a parent, guardian, or facility representative.

3. Do I need to be certified to participate?

Accepted Answer

No certification is required to attend workshops or workouts. However, if you’re seeking CECs, you’ll need to hold a valid certification from an approved organization (ACE, AFAA, NASM, etc.).

4. What are Continuing Education Credits (CECs) and how many can I earn?

Accepted Answer

CECs are credits awarded by fitness organizations for completing professional education. They help you maintain your certifications and stay current in the industry. Each eligible session lists the number of CECs you can earn.  We are estimated 1 credit hour per session and 14 total sessions.

5. What should I bring?

Bring a water bottle, towel, and comfortable workout clothes. Bring a cover up because the venue gets cold. All education sessions are lecture only.  However, there are workouts and demos in the trade show area during the event.  A notebook or tablet is recommended.

6. Are meals provided?

Meals are not included unless otherwise noted. There will be scheduled breaks, and food options are available nearby.

7. What is the refund or cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Refunds are available up to 14 days prior to the event start date. After that, registration may be transferred to another person or credited toward a future CoreFit Education event.

8. How do I register for specific sessions?

Accepted Answer

If you are registered for the education pass, you will receive your schedule once it is finalized. There is one education session per time slot.  Space is limited, so we recommend reserving your spots early.

9. Do I need to stay at the host hotel?

It’s not required, but staying on-site keeps you close to the action! Room blocks and special rates are available for registered attendees while supplies last.

10. What happens at the VIP Social Parties?

These exclusive gatherings are our way of saying thank you! Meet presenters, connect with other attendees, and celebrate the weekend with light refreshments, music, and fun giveaways.

11. Will there be equipment provided?

Accepted Answer

Yes! All equipment for workouts and demos will be provided, including Schwinn, StairMaster, Nautilus, Throwdown and Star Trac brands.
