Yes. Street parking and a nearby parking deck are available. Families are responsible for their own parking. PLEASE leave time to walk from the parking lot / street parking to the venue.

Yes. A private, quiet waiting room is available for families who prefer a calm environment before their session.

Can we take our own photos and videos during our visit with Santa?

Absolutely! Feel free to take photos and videos during the whole experience.

Does the VIP ticket include story time at 3:00pm?

I have a VIP ticket & an early time slot, do I stay until 3pm for story time or can I come back?

Accepted Answer

You can come back for story time. Please be back by 2:45pm. We will have activities that the kids can do if you choose to wait.

What if we arrive late for our scheduled session?

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early. We can’t extend or reschedule missed sessions. Allow extra time for parking and walking. No refunds for late arrivals. If you miss your session, you may take a photo with Santa at the end of Story time IF TIME ALLOWS.

What do you consider a "family" for the VIP experience?

Accepted Answer

A family is considered a group of up to 8 people total, including children. You don’t have to be related - friends, grandparents, or cousins are all welcome to share one session. We simply ask that each private visit include 8 or fewer guests so every family gets a calm, personal experience.

Will books and coins be available for purchase on site?

Accepted Answer

Yes, while supplies last! Deluxe Book & Coin Bundles will be available after Storytime for purchase and signing.

Do we have to stay for story time?

No, once your session is done you do not have to stay.
