Do I need to have my camera on?

Yes, you will need to have your camera on the whole time, in order to receive your First-Time Home Buyer certificate for DPA. This is a requirement by the State.

Do both my spouse and I need to sign up?

Both of you do not need to sign up, but you would both need to be on camera to receive certificates. There is a single Zoom link and Attendee Form for the class and you both can hop on the Zoom and fill out an Attendee Form.
