FIRST TIME HOME BUYER WORKSHOP-SATURDAY JUNE 20, 2026

You will learn about the home buying process, three main qualifications as savings, credit, and income, and down payment assistance.

This workshop will be conducted entirely in English.

Hispanic Unity of Florida's First Time Home Buyer Workshop is a Saturday workshop that educates prospective home buyers on the steps to homeownership. The steps include, but are not limited to, budgeting and credit, home shopping, the lending process, predatory lending, and home inspections.

Date: Saturday - June 20, 2026

Time: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

Location: 5811 Johnson St. Hollywood, FL. 33021 (Casa San Juan Education Center)

The workshop will begin promptly at 8:00 am. and doors will close promptly at 9:00 am.

At the end of the Workshop a 8-hour certificate will be delivered.

Snacks and lunch will be provided. Children are not permitted at any time during the workshop.
