Learn how easy it is to grow gourmet mushrooms in your own backyard! Get an overview of the fascinating world of fungi and how you can incorporate their many attributes into your gardening. Participants will get a hands-on learning experience and go home with the supplies to grow their own shiitakes or winecap mushrooms, as well as the knowledge and resources to grow several other kinds of delicious and healthy mushrooms, such as chestnut, lion’s mane, and oyster.

Parking: There is limited on street parking. Can park at park'n'ride lot at Hamnett Station.

If traveling by Bus: Garden Dreams is one block from Busway. Hamnet Station. 61A. 

Accessibility: Site entrance accessible by sidewalk, then gravel driveway to greenhouse. Greenhouse has limited paved concrete access. While gardens are uneven grass surfaces
