Join us for a delightful culinary journey! Chef Matt Conti will guide you step-by-step as we work together to create dishes that beautifully balance fresh, savory, and seasonal flavors.

In this hands-on class, you’ll learn to make Ravioli & Gnocchi from scratch

Ravioli Dough:
• Classic Ravioli
• Basil Ricotta Filling

Gnocchi Dough:
• Mashed Potato Ricotta Gnocchi

We’ll also prepare two sauces to pair with your creations:
• Pumpkin Seed Pesto (Nut Free!)
• Vincent William Marinara

📌 Groups of 4: Participants will be grouped in parties of four. If you're attending with others, we’ll do our best to group you together.
