The StrongFirst Kettlebell 101 (KB101) workshop is a half-day introductory course designed to teach the fundamentals of hardstyle kettlebell training. You'll be taught safe and effective technique for the Swing, Get Up, Goblet Squat, and a simple and effective kettlebell training program.
