3rd Annual Peachy Keen Craft Fair
We are a Craft Fair over Labor Day Weekend in Washington Township, Michigan!
Join us for the 3rd Annual Peachy Keen Craft Fair in Washington Township over Labor Day Weekend! We are looking for crafters, vendors, food trucks, and more! If you have any questions, please feel free to email us at peachykeencraftfair@gmail.com!
By purchasing a space for the Peachy Keen Craft Fair for your business through Eventbrite, you are signing a binding contract and agree to all rules and regulations listed below.
Rules and Regulations:
1. This is an outside event. It will happen rain or shine. Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE, regardless of the weather.
2. All tents MUST have weights with no less than 35 pounds on each leg.
3. Leave your space as you found it. Pick up all trash before leaving each day.
4. Vendors are responsible for their own Michigan Sales Tax.
5. FOOD AND BEVERAGE VENDORS: Food Vendors are required to have the appropriate licenses to serve food and their own insurance according to the State of Michigan. If sampling or selling, please ensure adequate disposables for all plates, napkins, utensils, etc….
6. Set up is each morning at 8am. Set up needs to be complete by 9:45am. Fair hours are from 10a-5p on Saturday and Sunday. You may not break down your booth until 5pm each day. Any early breakdowns, unless otherwise communicated by Fair organizer, Sarah Miller, will result in being banned from any further Craft Fairs by said organizer.
7. There is no source of power.
8. Once you have unloaded your products, you must park in the designated vendor parking.
9. The organizer of the fair, as aforementioned, reserves the right to ask a vendor to leave if rules and regulations are not met. This includes confrontations, violence, illegal substances. The organizer also reserves the right to ask any vendor to remove any items that we find objectionable.
Release of Liability: Exhibitors accept full responsibility for any loss, injury and damage to persons or property that may be sustained while on the premises. Neither Summit Entertainment Center, Sarah Miller nor any volunteers will be held responsible for any damage, theft or loss of displays and/or work, nor can we assume responsibility for injury to any show participant. Any and all claims must be waived and allrights for claims for damage released against Summit Entertainment Center, Sarah Miller, show management, representatives, volunteers, successors and assigns for all injuries and/or issues suffered at the show or which may arise from traveling to participate in or returning from this event. Fair is rain or shine, the above will not be responsible for any damage due to weather.
