This interactive class will help you discover and nurture your spiritual essence, through exercises Maria Haswell has developed over her 28+ years as a practitioner of the healing arts. Each week, we’ll form a supportive circle, providing a warm, welcoming and non-judgmental space for you to be open, explore and share. You’ll gain tools and insights that will help you connect with the divine energy around us and support your journey toward positive changes and personal growth. Every class is different, mixing short instruction with hands-on practice and group exercises. We’ll cover a wide range of topics, including: Tarot Reading - Learn to read tarot cards for guidance - give and receive readings, gain insights, get feedback, and share your experiences. Develop your Intuition - Experience techniques like psychometry, the “4 Clairs” (clairvoyance etc.) and past life regression to help sharpen your intuitive skills. Energy Work - Learn and practice energy healing techniques, and how to sense, scan, clear and shift energy fields. Connecting with Spirit - Learn to connect and work with your spirit guides and ancestors for insight, guidance, clarity and comfort. Rituals and Ceremonies - Explore simple, helpful rituals and ceremonies you can use at home or share with others. Working with the Chakras - Discover practices to clear and balance your energy centers, the chakras. Guided Meditations and Breathwork - Experience meditations and breathwork techniques for grounding and clarity. Sound Healing - Enjoy short, calming sound baths to balance your energy. Writing and Journaling - Work with inspirational prompts for inner guidance, and take home handouts for further study. Guest Teachers - Learn from occasional drop-in speakers who bring fresh perspectives and wisdom. Come ready to participate, practice, experiment, and share!
