Welcome in the new season with Senior Professor Pamela Wood. The class will feature fresh, vibrant wines that capture the essence of renewal. Explore crisp whites, light reds, and sparkling options perfect for springtime celebrations and outdoor gatherings. Learn how to pair these lively wines with seasonal dishes to make your springtime moments bloom.

Fox School of Wine invites you to a fun-filled, guided wine tasting in Park City. Executive Sommelier and Fox School of Wine Headmistress, Kirsten Fox, and her Wine Professors will present a well-paced tasting of five, approachable, under-$45 hidden gem wines that you may have overlooked in the aisles at your local liquor store.

You'll receive a tasting pour of each wine, stories and history about the winery, grapes, and region, food pairing ideas... plus our signature Blind Tasting Challenge, when we pour you a taste of a wine you've already explored in class to see if you can guess which one it is.

Doors open at 6:15 p.m., and class begins promptly at 6:30 p.m.
