In this virtual training event, led by experienced Jobs for Life leaders from around the country, you will learn the necessary steps to plan, start and sustain a work-readiness class, through Jobs for Life, in your community. Through interactive group discussions and challenging exercises, you will be led through Biblical principles, proven strategies and real life applications that assist you in building Gospel-centered relationships with people in your community and helping them to find and keep meaningful work.
JfL CORE Training is required to be authorized to facilitate a JfL class or PfL class. For new sites that have never led a JfL class, a minimum of two team members from your organization must be in attendance.
NOTE: If your organization has three or more team members to register, please reach out to training@jobsforlife.org for a code. A code will be provided for $50 off each ticket after your first two attendees have registered.

JFL CORE ESSENTIALS is on Friday night only. This time explores the values, principles, and key goals of Jobs for Life. It is intended for those who are seeking a greater understanding of Jobs for Life and/or are continuing to explore whether it will fit within the context of their organization. Please Note attending only this night, does not provide certification to lead a class.

SITE LEADER TRAINING
SITE LEADER TRAINING is Saturday only and meant for those who are interested in hosting their first JfL class. In order to attend this day, you must have completed the CORE Essentials training. You and your team will be guided through the necessary steps to plan, start and sustain a Jobs for Life class at your church or organization and help you prepare men and women for meaningful work in your community. Please note: completing Site Training and CORE Essentials provides a certification to lead a class for an organization where two people have attended.
