How does ticketing work?

After registering, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a QR code. You can either print your ticket or show the QR code on your phone when you arrive for easy check-in.

I’m not sure which service I can attend because of holiday plans. Can I just show up?

Accepted Answer

Seating is limited, so you must reserve a free ticket. We ask that you do not reserve spots for multiple services before you have solidified your holiday plans. Please respect others who would like to reserve a spot.

Question 3

Oh no! I can no longer attend the service I registered for. Now what?

Accepted Answer

Click "View and manage your order" in your confirmation email. Follow the prompts, and click "Cancel Order." This allows your seat to open up for someone else!

Question 4

I love the Echo Grace Café! Will it be open during the services?

Accepted Answer

The Echo Grace Café will be open at Sugar Loaf Performing Arts Center, however you cannot bring beverages into the theater. We encourage you to come early to enjoy your drink before the service begins!

Will there be online streaming?

This event will be in-person only at Sugar Loaf Performing Arts Center.

When should I arrive?

Accepted Answer

Doors open 30 minutes prior to the service time. We encourage you to arrive early for the full Christmas experience! This gives you time to enjoy a hot beverage and photo opportunities before service (Note: these opportunities may not be available after the service).

I’m handicapped. Can I still attend the event?

Absolutely! Sugar Loaf Performing Arts Center is fully accessible, with designated parking and seating for guests with disabilities. You will find wheelchair accessible seats on the seat map when registering.

Question 8

Will ASL interpretation be available?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Our Tuesday, December 23 at 3pm service will include ASL interpretation for guests who are deaf or hard of hearing.

Question 9

Can I invite friends and family?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We’d love for you to bring guests. Just be sure each person reserves their own free ticket.

Question 10

Will Echo Grace Kids be offered?

Accepted Answer

All ages are welcome in the main service! Children will join their families in the auditorium. Echo Grace Kids will not be available during these gatherings.

How long is the service?

Each service will last about 60 minutes.
